KNOWING GOD...

I am fully convinced that context is king in terms of forming principles and ideas.

With that in mind, establishing proper context is of the utmost concern in the study of biblical principles, especially those foundational to the nature of God. Principles by their nature are foundational, serving to form a basic truth in support of a particular belief or act of reason. The bible reveals many of the principles necessary to attain knowledge of God’s being – His character, His attributes, His will, and the direction for His creation – exclusively because God chose to reveal them.

Join us as we take a closer look at the principles God has revealed to us concerning His nature – His presence and His preeminence.

His presence, as He is active and attending to His creation in all places at the same time.

His preeminence, being apart from all human experience and not subjected to any of its constraints or human understanding.

It is from these principles of presence and preeminence that all other characteristics of God flow… including those yet to be revealed by Him.

Therefore, our knowledge of God – in the proper context – is significant in forming a worldview.

Who are we? What is our purpose? What is the conclusion?

Much of what plagues this world – the unrest, the violence, the subjection, the persecution, the search for purpose – are all rooted in mankind’s loss of awareness for the majesty of God.

BRANDOFMAN; Season 1 – Episode 1 aims to rediscover our spirit of worship and the recovery of our soul as the inner meeting place of God. We will strive toward a most high view of God, placing Him above all things in direct relation to His nature, and in communion with our desire to find peace in Him.

“The low view of God entertained almost universally among Christians is the cause of a hundred lesser evils everywhere among us.”

A.W. Tozer “The Knowledge of the Holy.”
