What is the Grace and Mercy of God?
Are there differences between the two?
What does God do with them?
All standard questions, even among believers. This weeks episode will focus on answering those questions and a few others as revealed in the Holy Scripture, with the intent of building our perspective of God on solid ground.
There is little doubt, even from a cursory reading, the Bible is saturated with the Grace and Mercy of God, as key attributes defining His character, each flowing freely from His Holiness.
Grace and Mercy; one focuses on giving, while the other on withholding, both are voluntary and without restriction.
While these attributes of God are utilized differently, they are both essential and inseparable in salvation. There is no greater example given of the grace and mercy of God, than through the atoning work of Christ.
BRANDOFMAN; Season 1 – Episode 4 encourages us all to renew our minds in the knowledge of God, and reclaim a worldview for the cause of Christ. We will commit to knowing what we believe, and why we believe it, and to better know God as He has revealed Himself to the world.
