BOMM Devotional - Week of November 28

To all who are beloved of God in Rome, called as saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Romans 1:7

The Greek word Paul uses for “saints” implies a symbolism of someone holy, and separated unto God, as were the Old Testament Israelites. As all who are disciples of Christ, share the promises, and blessings afforded to Israel by God, we too share the title of saint, because God has set us apart, both Jew and Gentile to be His people.
